Friday, May 7 - A Seattle regular First Friday night dance 8 – 11pm (7:30 beginner's workshop):
Congregational Church of Mercer Island 4545 Island Crest Way, Mercer Island, WA
This is our regular first Friday dance, and is open to all. The fee is included with the Cascadia registration.
All Saturday and Sunday events open only to Weekend Registrants - Program subject to all kinds of changes!!
Saturday, May 8 at the Polish Home, 1714 – 18th Ave., Seattle (one block north of Madison, on Capital Hill)
9:30 - 11:00 Workshop 1 - "It Figures", two dances for the price of one.
11:15 - 12:45 Workshop 2 - Dances from Philadelphia
12:45 - 1:45 Lunch will be included with the registration.
1:45 - 3:15 Workshop 3 - The Arns Have It...
3:30 - 5:00 Workshop 4 - "For those who know, or think they know" We will walk through each dance, then the music will tell us what to do. We wll choose the dances from the following: Mr. Isaac, Bonny Cuckoo, Companions, Hambleton's Rondo, Elizabeth, Fandango, Wibsey Roundabout, Barbarini's
Tambourine, Corelli's Maggot
